Common issues
- References are not highlighted. Reload the extension page. If that doesn’t help, open chrome://extensions and click reload on Sheets Split.
- The list of sheets is empty. Make sure the spreadsheet opens for you in a regular tab under the same Google account.
- I paid but Pro didn’t turn on. Click “★ Pro” in the extension and enter the key from the email. No email? Write to us with the address you paid with.
- New computer. A key works on 3 computers. On the old one, click “★ Pro” → “Remove the key”.
- Cancel or get a refund — Manage subscription page or email mitsunariisida92@gmail.com.
