Sheets SplitTerms of Service & Refunds

These terms are a public offer by Zhilinskiy Dzmitriy Antonovich, Republic of Belarus (the “Seller”) to provide support services for the Sheets Split Chrome extension (“Pro services”). Paying for Pro means you accept these terms.
1. The extension and Pro services
The extension is distributed free of charge via the Chrome Web Store, and the free version is available to everyone with no payment or sign-up. You don’t pay for the extension itself — you pay for the Seller’s support services during the paid period. Pro services include:
- access to the advanced (Pro) features listed on https://sheets-split.vercel.app: the Seller issues an access key and runs the server that verifies it;
- updates: bug fixes, adapting to changes in Google Sheets, and new features;
- technical support by email at mitsunariisida92@gmail.com: answers to your questions, help with setup and with moving your key to another computer.
After installation you get a 14-day Pro trial with no payment and no card; afterwards the extension keeps working as the free version.
2. Plans and payment
Pro services are available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or with no time limit (the “lifetime” plan) for as long as the Seller supports the extension. The price is shown on the website and on the checkout page before you pay. Payments are processed by lava.top; the Seller never receives your card details.
3. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — via the link in the payment provider’s email, on the “Manage subscription” page, or by writing to mitsunariisida92@gmail.com. After cancellation Pro services continue until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
4. Refunds
If Pro isn’t right for you, write to mitsunariisida92@gmail.com within 3 days of payment and we’ll refund the full amount, no questions asked, to the original payment method. The key is disabled after a refund. We also refund if the extension doesn’t work due to our fault and we couldn’t fix it.
5. Your Pro key
A Pro key is for one person and can be active on up to 3 computers at a time. Do not share the key or bypass key checks.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the extension, its code and design belong to the Seller and are not transferred under these terms.
7. Liability
The extension is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, but we are not liable for changes in Google Sheets that may temporarily break some features, or for decisions based on data in your spreadsheets. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page. Price changes never affect a period you have already paid for; we will notify you in advance before a renewal price increases.
